Attendee Registration

You may register for any of the Scientech Seminars and/or Workshops on this page.

If you have any questions regarding registration or any of the Seminars or Workshops, please call Ms. Kathey Scott at 727.669.3031.

The blocks of rooms will be released by the hotels one month before the start of the seminar/workshop.  After that time, neither room availability nor the negotiated room rate can be guaranteed.  

Refund Policy

There must be a minimum number of registrations to hold this course and Scientech reserves the right to cancel any seminar or workshop at any time and agrees to refund the full amount of all registration fees paid.  Scientech will notify registrants at least 30 days prior to the start of the class whether or not the class will be held.  Please do not make any non-refundable travel arrangements until you have heard from a Scientech representative that the class will definitely be held. Scientech will not refund any travel-related expenses related to any of its meetings.

If a registrant cancels up to two months prior to the workshop, 50% of the registration fee will be forfeited; if the registrant cancels up to one month prior to the conference, 75% of their registration fee will be forfeited; if the registrant cancels within one month of the schedule meeting, 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited. Substitutions can be made at anytime.
